PLEASE NOTE!

Filling out the electronic forms is regulated by the Law «On Appeals of Citizens and Legal Entities». If appeals do not contain any recommendations, requirements, petitions, reports on violations of legislation, or shortcomings in the work of organizations, or if they contain only expressions of gratitude, such appeals are noted, and no response is sent. Letters containing commercial proposals are not considered appeals and should not be submitted in this section.

Appeals must be submitted in Belarusian or Russian.

Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.

Appeals will not be considered on their merits if they:

• are not written in Belarusian or Russian;
• do not contain the surname, first name, patronymic, and residential address (place of stay) of the citizen;
• do not contain the full name of the legal entity and its registered address, as well as the surname, first name, and patronymic of the head or the person authorized to sign appeals (for legal entities);
• contain text that is illegible;
• contain obscene or offensive words or expressions;
• are a repeat appeal that has already been considered on its merits and does not contain new circumstances relevant to the consideration of the appeal.
