Representatives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs spoke at the «Krasny Pishchevik» enterprise as part of the Unified Awareness Day

As part of the Unified Awareness Day dedicated to issues of cybersecurity, prevention of cybercrime, as well as combating corruption, extremism and terrorism, a meeting of the workforce with representatives of law enforcement agencies was held at the «Krasny Pishchevik» enterprise.

The head and deputy head of the 11th department (for the Mogilev region) of the Main Directorate for Combating Organized Crime and Corruption of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus spoke to the employees.

In their reports, experts covered a number of current topics:

  • Real cyber threats and modern methods of protection against them.

  • Common cyber fraud schemes and effective countermeasures.

  • Prevention of corruption, extremist and terrorist activities.

  • Types of liability for participation in illegal activities.

The event was held in the format of an open dialogue. The company’s employees were able to ask questions that interested them and received detailed and competent answers from specialists.

The information presented by representatives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs will help increase the level of awareness of the team on these issues and will help in creating safe working conditions.
