The agenda included key issues of the trade union’s activities: reports of the trade union committee and the audit commission, implementation of the terms of the collective agreement, as well as budgetary issues. The participants heard information on the implementation of the collective agreement over the past year and approved a new document for three years, which will regulate social and labor relations at the enterprise in 2026–2028. Financial reports and estimates were also approved.
Commenting on the results of the conference, OJSC «Krasny Pishchevik» director Igor Kisel noted:
“I would like to thank the trade union committee and the Council of Veterans of the enterprise for their active and constructive work in the past year. All obligations under the collective agreement are fulfilled in full; this is our common principled position. The dialogue between the administration, the trade union and the Veterans Council has always been and remains open and productive. I am convinced that such interaction is the basis for the stability and development of the enterprise. I wish the entire team success, new achievements and prosperity in 2026.”
The conference became an important stage in planning social partnership at the enterprise, aimed at further increasing labor efficiency and improving working conditions for employees.
