Direct study of the work of marketing services and local sales services allows not only to assess the current efficiency of commercial units of enterprises, but also to identify the most successful management decisions. The exchange of experience between enterprises in the region and the introduction of best practices in the field of marketing and sales is the most important factor for strengthening the position of Belarusian manufacturers in both domestic and foreign markets, contributing to the sustainable development of the economy of the region and the country as a whole.
