The red ribbon was solemnly cut by the Deputy Minister of Trade and Industry of the Republic of Tatarstan, German Yanovich Lerner, the head of the Kazan branch of the Embassy of the Republic of Belarus in the Russian Federation, Viktor Viktorovich Shchetko, the director of the «Krasny Pishchevik» factory, Evgeniy Petrovich Svirid, and the head of the “Belarusian Sweets” project, Vasily Vasilyevich Urazaikin.
