The retail facility at 4 Krylenko Street was the first “island of sweets” of a confectionery factory that opened on the territory of Mogilev. This was 12 years ago. And although the store has always had a large flow of customers, it’s time to change something. The current renovation of the facility lasted only 18 days, and during this record time the design was changed according to a modern brand book, furniture was replaced, the entrance lobby was repaired and more cash registers were installed for service.
According to the head of the store, Lyudmila Krotikova, it has become much more comfortable, and due to the light interior, it seems that the space has increased.
Today, OJSC «Krasny Pishchevik» director Igor Kisel, first deputy director Alexander Gorbatenko and deputy director for long-term development Yuri Khilinsky came to greet the first visitors to the renovated store.
According to the head of the department of branded trade and franchising, Oksana Sysaya, it is very important to ensure the convenience of customers at the proper level and improve the quality of service. So that the buyer, after visiting the store, not only takes home delicious sweets, but also a supply of good mood, inspiration and joy.
– The branded network is one of the components of our image. This is where the company’s new products appear and the primary demand of customers is studied. Branded stores also create a certain loyalty to the brand: we offer customers a discount program. These include seasonal discounts and almost permanent discounts on certain types of products, discount cards and certificates,” emphasized Igor Kisel.
